Can we change our name on a ticket after the booking is done? It is not unusual for anybody to make mistakes while filling out a flight booking form. For this reason, Southwest Name Change Policy is allowed on the ticket for free upto 3 letters if the traveler spots their mistakes and corrects them within 24 hours from booking. After 24 hours certain fee is charged for the same. In case of the last name changes the traveler will have to provide necessary documents supporting their adjustments such as a marriage certificate in case of marriage and a court order in case of divorce.
