The MLM industry is all about marketing. In order to make money in any MLM company, you need to either sell a product or recruit other distributors. Now recruiting distributors is where the money is at. MLM is about sharing the dream and vision of being financially wealthy working from home. It’s a great industry and in order to make a lot of money, you to share the vision with others.
You can share your dream and vision with others by marketing. At the end of the day, it’s all about marketing and if you want to recruit more reps, you gotta learn how to market. Now online marketing is fun, but it’s just not for everyone. This means that it shouldn’t be the primary source of marketing for your team. Sure, you can teach your reps how to market online, but you should always teach offline marketing first.
Offline marketing is way simpler and everyone can do it. It’s just about sharing your opportunity with others. If you know how to talk to people, then you can market offline. I want to talk a little about presentations. You should never have to do the selling offline. Unless you’re a great presenter or a bulldog recruiter, let the pros do it. Have your best presenter in your team record a presentation about your company and put it on a website. Then add a little link saying join now beneath it.
Now you have something to do the selling, you just need to send people to the presentation. You and your team need to send people to the presentation. Why have everyone try sell people on the idea of Network Marketing or your company when you can have a presentation do it for you. Just speak to 5 people a day and tell them to go view your presentation. You could talk to people, hand out fliers, business cards or better yet, drop cards.
Just add the presentation link and your phone number on the back. The important thing is to send as many people as possible to view your presentation. If you don’t have a presentation then make one. You can’t explain the concept of Network Marketing and your opportunity to someone over the phone or on the street. But you can give them a little information to get them excited, and then have them view your presentation. Offline marketing is simple; there is no technical stuff involved.
You can have you and your team members hold home meeting or hand out business cards to people they meet in the supermarket. You could advertise in newspapers, magazines or leave drop cards all around your city. There are endless possibilities with offline marketing whereas online, not so much.
