They say that there are many kinds of stories in the world, and when you’re a kid, it’s easy to believe that this is true. As you get older, though, it becomes harder and harder to accept this idea because it seems that everybody has their own interpretation of what makes a story good or bad – and they’ll try to convince you to agree with them! I used to think that all stories were created equal but as I got older, I began to realize that not all stories are even worth telling – but when kids tell stories, they never seem to realize this!

Kids are natural storytellers

Kids don’t need to be told to sit down and write a story, because they love it! They are natural storytellers who take what is happening in the world around them and turn it into an entertaining story for you. Whether it’s about how their day went or what happened during recess, you will be amazed by all of the adventures your child comes up with when they put their mind to storytelling. Their stories are usually about things they’re interested in

It’s always so fun to hear what a child comes up with in their story! They’re usually about things that have been on their mind lately, like toys and games they’ve been playing or TV shows they’ve seen. It’s amazing how much thought goes into the creation of these little tales!

They often have interesting takes on reality

Kids have a funny way of looking at the world. For example, when my daughter says I want to make a cake, she means I want to eat cake. And when she says I don’t know she often means yes. They also have an interesting take on reality and their perception of it is often different from ours.

We can learn a lot from listening to kids’ stories

Kids may not have the same life experience as adults, but that doesn’t stop them from coming up with a story filled with adventure, danger, love and more. In some way or another, we can learn a lot from listening to kids’ stories about their imaginations and how their minds work to make sense of the world around them.
