1) Affiliate Marketing is a continuous learning experience. Keep a daily diary to make notes on your progress
2) Learn about the affiliate programs you will be promoting, so that you can envision the best person and situation for your product
3) Learn as many marketing strategies as you possibly can but make sure that you use them. It is often better to take one strategy at a time and apply it strongly, rather than know a lot of strategies and not apply them at all.
4) Marketing affiliate programs is where you should spend your time and money since without traffic you will not make any money
5) Focus on one affiliate marketing program at a time until you begin to see consistent traffic numbers and results, then, and only then, can you add an additional affiliate program
