What’s in it for you
Bonding with your consultant will help you to get more of what you’re looking for out of our services. Through a deep understanding of how people develop and grow, we’ll be able to design a course of action that effectively brings about change in your organization. This approach is based on four core principles that inform everything we do here at HRB: Relationship, Collaboration, Choice, and Connection. When these are present, great things happen.
What are your goals?
A good relationship is founded on a solid understanding of where each party stands, so it’s important to establish goals at an early stage. Think about what you want to accomplish, and how much time and energy you want to put into achieving those goals. Then discuss your ideas with your consultant—and be sure they understand your expectations as well.
What can we achieve together?
We’ll always try to understand what your goals are and how we can work together to achieve them. By doing so, we will be able to develop a plan of action that’s tailored just for you. We take great pride in our custom approach – knowing that it helps deliver positive outcomes for our clients. Contact us today!
How will we do it?
First, let’s consider how you will do it. You can meet face-to-face with your consultants, or you may decide to use video conferencing software to connect with them. Video conferencing is less intrusive than an in-person meeting and gives consultants flexibility in scheduling. You also might decide to mix both—an initial in-person meeting followed by a series of virtual meetings throughout your work together.
Where do we start?
To get started, find someone who is (1) interesting and (2) won’t run away if you start talking to them. Talk to them about something that interests you and make sure they are happy to talk to you. If they are, then ask them if you can talk with them again in a few days so that you can tell them more about yourself.
