Design Process

Have an idea but aren’t sure how to bring it to life? No problem, Double Eagle can help. Working with them is easy; just pick up the phone or email their friendly staff. They’ll ask you what you want, send you a proof (or several proofs!) and then get started creating your custom toy. If you change your mind at any point, no worries -they’ll work with you until it’s perfect. When it is perfect, place an order and wait for your awesome new toy!

How long does it take?

Some projects can be completed in just a few weeks; others may take months depending on their complexity. We’ll help determine how long it will take at our initial consultation. This estimate is an estimation of how long we expect it to take us, not you. Our timelines may change based on design complexity or delays but we will always try our best to keep you in-the-know. If we discover any additional issues or delays that are beyond our control, we’ll let you know right away.

What’s involved in the prototyping process?

In today’s world, we have options like 3D printing and CNC machining that allow us to create really anything we can think of. However, some projects will require more traditional prototyping processes. We use laser cutters and CNC milling machines here at Neebo, but traditional prototyping shops might be better suited if you need more complex cuts or a material that isn’t compatible with digital fabrication tools. They may even offer additional design advice as part of their services. It’s always worth it to talk with them about how much work is involved so you can determine whether you need outsourced help or can pull it off in-house.

Unique Features of Double Eagle Industries

Why should you choose Double Eagle Industries over other manufacturing facilities? There are several advantages, but here are some of our favorites: 1. Prototyping. When creating new products, we’re often asked why we don’t just use off-the-shelf parts. We could do that, but that wouldn’t leave us with much creative freedom, nor would it allow us to stand out in a crowded market. By working with experienced designers and engineers from our partner companies throughout Europe, we can develop custom prototypes like no one else in our industry (and we can do it fast). 2. Quality control. Every product that leaves our facility goes through rigorous quality checks before heading off for final assembly.

Custom Toys Will be Your Brand’s USP

Many businesses try to make their branding as similar as possible. When you create your brand’s identity, look at it like an ice cream sundae. The main parts of the sundae are its toppings, which include elements such as color scheme, font style and size, logo design, etc. It is important that these ingredients go together perfectly because each one represents part of your brand’s DNA; however, none of them provide any value on their own. In other words, they only bring you brand equity when they work together with all of the other elements.
