With so many great business opportunities out there, I would like to urge you to not give up. Here are my top five reasons why you shouldn’t quit your network marketing business.
1. Entrepreneurs make the world go ’round.
Without companies there cannot be jobs. With all of the talk about rising unemployment, layoffs, and cutbacks, has it ever occurred to you what really keeps commerce alive? In my opinion, one of the main reasons why things are at such a standstill is that there aren’t enough business owners. Not just that, but not enough are willing to go from being self-employed to actually expanding a company (with employees). Your network marketing business is the perfect vehicle to take you there.
2. All you need is the right training.
The reason why you shouldn’t quit your network marketing business is because of all the resources available. You won’t believe how many new network marketers join a business opportunity and think it will become profitable overnight. It’s tragic how many don’t realize that what’s needed is an effective marketing system to catapult the business. With so many resources out there, quitting should not be an option. Train and develop yourself, your marketing skills, and over time you will see results.
3. Find yourself a proven mentor.
The third reason why you shouldn’t quit your network marketing business is because you need a mentor. A mentor in this industry is simply someone you can duplicate to get results. This person should not only be knowledgeable of the business, be he or she should be able to copy what the professionals are doing. You’ve heard the adage before; talk is cheap. If you hang with the pigeons you will end up like one. Soar with the eagles of your niche and you will achieve prosperity.
4. Keep your goals in close reach.
The reason why quitting your network marketing business isn’t an option is because your dreams are more attainable with it. Odds are great that if you remain at a job for decades you will never have time to do what you wish. Jobs are great for when you need money; but eventually they burn you out. After all, essentially all you’re doing is exchanging your time for money. Sadly, this becomes the pattern for years. You get a raise; the employer gives you more responsibility. Times get hard for the employer; you’re a candidate for cuts. It’s severance time! If you’re currently employed, so what? Hang on to the job until your home business takes off, then put in your two-week notice.
5. Time is of the essence.
No, it really is. The reason why you shouldn’t quit your network marketing business is because only consistency separates you from your breakthrough. Creflo Dollar once said, “The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.” In the beginning you will need to consistently market your business. If you need to see results next week, then you need a job. Aside from winning the lottery or being an heir, a network marketing business is your best route to financial freedom. Find yourself an effective marketing system and prepare to endure.
